Limited Warranty
Blueair warrants that your Blueair unit will be free from defects in material or workmanship for one (1) year from the date of purchase provided that you have replaced the filter with original Blueair replacement filters at least once every six (6) months (the “limited Warranty”). Customer is responsible for all shipping and handling cost associated with warranty replacement. Within the first 60 day trial offer period, Blueair will replace a defective unit at no charge to you. After 60 days, Blueair’s obligation and liability under this Limited Warranty is limited to repairing or replacing (at our sole discretion) a defective unit. The Limited Warranty covers normal household use only and does not cover replacement filters.
RETURN POLICY
Blueair will accept any return within the 60 day trial period provided the item is in new or like-new condition and has not been abused or misused in any way. Please contact Blueair Customer Service at 1-888-258-3247 and request a Return Authorization Number (RA#). The RA# must be marked on the return package as all RA#’s will be verified and approved. Unauthorized or missing Return Authorization Numbers (RA#) will be refused and returned to sender at sender’s expense. RETURNS RECEIVED 30 DAYS OR MORE AFTER THE RA# ISSUE DATE MAY BE REFUSED AND RETURNED AT SENDER’S EXPENSE WITHOUT ANY REFUND. Refunds are issued after product is received and inspected. Refunds are NOT issued at time of issuance of RA#.

- • All items must be returned in original packaging including all accessories and user manual
- • RETURN PERIOD – 60 day trial period begins the day you receive it and expires 60 days later
- • Return Authorization Number (RA#) must be obtained within the 60 day trial period outlined above
- • The initial trial shipping, handling and processing costs are non-refundable
- • Customer is responsible for all shipping, handling, and processing costs on returned items

Checks are accepted upon condition that if any check is returned unpaid, Blueair Inc. has the right to debit customer’s checking account for full amount of check plus a processing fee and any other applicable fees as permitted by law. Non-Sufficient Funds (NSF) transactions will be charged an additional $25 in addition to any fees customer’s bank may charge. All checks and e-checks are processed electronically.
ORDER DELIVERY TIME
Allow 4 to 6 weeks for delivery. Please contact Blueair Customer Service at 1-888-258-3247 if you have not received your order within six weeks after placing order.
REFUSED DELIVERY
Customer is responsible for all charges associated with shipping and handling on returned or refused packages. All refused packages will be assessed an automatic 25% restocking fee. Refused packages will not reduce customer’s obligations on installment payments.
REFUND POLICY
Initial shipping and handling charges are non-refundable. Refunds on authorized returned 60 day trial offer will be processed within thirty (30) days of receipt at Blueair Returns Center. Allow up to eight (8) weeks for refund to appear on your credit card statement, or if paid by check to receive check from Blueair. Partial refunds may apply if product is received incomplete. Customer must be able to provide Proof of Delivery (POD) that returned product was actually received by Blueair Returns Center in event no refund has been issued due to Blueair being unable to identify that return was received.
COLLECTION FEES AND GENERAL PAYMENT TERMS
Customer is responsible for all collection and attorney fees in the event Blueair must place customer unpaid balance with a third party collection service. Notify Blueair at once if credit card information changes pertaining to installment payment plan and potential outstanding future balance. Customers on installment payment option are hereby notified that unpaid balance may be sold or assigned to a third party financial institution without notification under above stated terms and conditions.
FILTER CHANGE FREQUENCY
Blueair Air Purification System trap many small, invisible, lung damaging particles and as a result filter change may need to more frequent in order that system will operate at maximum efficiency and not cause harm to the unit. Customer is responsible to change filter at minimum once every six months, however environmental conditions may vary and it is recommended customer visually inspect filter monthly to determine if more frequent change is necessary.
